Yes. Printing Partners prints your envelopes and runs them through our own mail house. We handle address printing, USPS barcoding, presorting, the mailing indicia or permit imprint, and the post office drop. One vendor takes your direct mail campaign from blank stock to delivered, so you never coordinate between a printer and a separate mail shop.

What is the minimum quantity for custom envelopes?

It depends on the print method. Digital printing makes short runs cost effective for a box or two of envelopes, while offset printing is the better value at higher volumes and large mailings. Tell us your quantity and we recommend the right method for your budget.

Because we also convert envelopes from flat stock, we can produce custom sizes and shapes that standard envelopes do not offer.

How long does envelope printing take?

Standard turnaround is typically 3 to 5 business days from approved artwork, and mailing adds a little time for addressing and sorting. Rush options are available on many jobs.
