Printing runs in the family: a grandfather in Indianapolis printing, a father at Howard Sams and beyond. Despite her dad’s warning to “never get into printing,” she did—rebellious by nature—and never looked back.

Michelle leads promotional products and branded merchandise solutions, having moved from traditional print into ad specialties years ago. First introduced to the space by Susy Alexander, she mastered the category and now serves as the shop’s go-to “promo guru.” Core belief: teamwork makes the dream work—stay humble, stay kind.

Off the clock: travel, with the beach at the top of the list—and a standing dream to sell promos by the seashore.
