In print since 1987, following his father into the trade. Started as a press feeder, advanced through production, and built deep estimating expertise. Recently joined Printing Partners, bringing seasoned craft to a family-driven culture of quality and accountability.

Approach: focused, strategic, team-oriented. Years coaching his three sons in basketball, baseball, and football honed clear communication, discipline, and leadership under pressure.

Off hours: outdoors with his wife—travel and camping—and time with family around meals, games, and shared routines.
