Indianapolis Jobs for Project Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for project requirements, questions, and updates.
• Production Planning: Create detailed job specifications and schedules, including updating project management software to maintain workflow efficiency and meet delivery timelines.
• Estimating & Budgeting: Provide accurate print estimates and ensure projects remain within budget.

• Workflow Management: Oversee jobs from order entry to delivery, including scheduling, inventory control, and outside vendors. Identify and resolve issues as this arise in the production process.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect, approve, and track jobs through production to ensure quality standards.

• Billing & Reporting: Review completed job reports and submit necessary documentation for billing. Maintain accurate records of labor and materials used for future estimating

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal (required).

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• High attention to detail.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Customer Service or Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Commitment to safety in a manufacturing environment.
