To set up your account with Printing Partners, we ask all new customers to complete the required forms. These documents allow us to establish billing terms and, when applicable, confirm nonprofit tax-exempt status.

All new business customers must complete our Account Application. This form allows us to set up billing efficiently and accurately.

Indiana Nonprofit Tax Exemption
Indiana no longer uses the ST-105 certificate. Instead, nonprofit organizations must obtain a Form NP-1 directly from the Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR). This form is issued electronically through the state’s INTIME system and must be supplied to each vendor you work with.

Be recognized by the IRS as a nonprofit organization with a valid Federal Determination Letter.
File a Nonprofit Application for Sales Tax Exemption (Form NP-20A) through INTIME.
File a Nonprofit Organization’s Report (Form NP-20R) by May 15 every five years to remain registered.
