This product is a perforated vinyl decal with small uniform holes. It’s sometimes referred to as one-way vision. Vision is partially blocked from the exterior, but not from the interior.
Because it’s applied to the inside of the window, it helps with most city permitting issues and reduces opportunity for vandalism.
