Earlybird Renewal campaign
Design: Shawn Ring, Printing Partners
The goal of EarlyBird Renewal was to convince the
majority of subscribers to renew their season tickets at the beginning
of the renewal period. The campaign used a combination of offers
that were presented in letters and reminder post cards.
Production notes: All of the pieces in the
EarlyBird Renewal campaign were printed on a 2-color Heidelberg
Quickmaster on Cougar Opaque natural stock. Variable information,
including name, address and subscription information were imprinted
using a Xerox DocuTech 6115.
Each of the mailings was automated allowing bar coding
for enhanced deliverability and lower postage rates.
