We printed the brochure stand on 100# Aries satin text using our 40-inch Heidelberg CD102 Speedmaster. It was printed using 4-color process on both sides, matching Festool’s corporate colors. A satin aqueous coating was applied to both sides to protect the stand during use and to speed drying.

The 100# Aries was adheared to a corrugated board, and then die-cut.

A group of books for publisher Culturatti Ink were printed in 4-color process with a Satin Aqueous coating. These colorful children’s books were printed and then bound by saddle-stitching on our Mueller. The books were a unique size of 8.5 x 8.5-inches.

We delivered a group to the publisher and then held the balance in our Finished Goods area. When the client needs more, they send a request and we will fullfill that order.

This wonderfully designed and executed promotional piece has a rich feel from the uncoated paper, coupled with color imagery that jumps off the page. The book was designed by Phil Tourney at Tournee Studios, Indianapolis, Indiana.

The cover and interior pages were printed in 4-color process on the 40-inch Speedmaster. An Uncoated Aqueous coating was applied to the pages for protection, drying and to enhance the overall feel of the paper.

The cover was printed on 100# Cougar Natural Cover, the interior pages were printed on 80# Cougar Natural Text.

The book was collated, folded, saddle stitched, and trimmed on the Mueller and then finished with a face trim. Giving it a finished trim size of 11 x 8.5-inches.

The job was then packaged in cartons and delivered to the customer.

Gala Program
This 32 page saddle-stitched, 4-color program was printed on the 40-inch SpeedMaster. A Satin Aqueous coating was applied to aide in drying. A Dry Trap Spot Gloss Varnish was utilized on the front cover of the program.

The cover was printed on 80# Fortune Matte Cover.

The pages were scored in Letterpress and collated and stitched on the Duplo.

The job was packaged and delivered to the customer.

Event Passes
The Event Passes were printed variably on the Nexpress. They were 4-color on both sides with the participants name and organization on both sides. A set of blank passes was also supplied.

They were trimmed to 3.25 x 6.25-inches. The paper used was 80# Sterling Digital Dull Cover.

The passes were boxed and delivered to the client.

Guide Book
This 136 page, 4-color perfect-bound book was printed on the 40-inch SpeedMaster. The cover printed on 80# uncoated cover with a Gloss Aqueous Coating, the interior pages were printed on 70# uncoated text.

Newsletter
This 12x12-inch, 4-color newsletter was printed on the 25-inch MOZP on 80# Lynx Opaque Text. The mailing list was prepared, addresses were inkjetted on to the finished pieces.

Gala Invitation
The Gala Invitation and reply card were printed on the 40-inch SpeedMaster on 80# Centura Silk Cover. The A-7 and A-2 were printed on the Ryobi 3200.

The invite and reply card were 6-color, four Metallic PMS inks and two hits of black, both had a Dry Trap Gloss Spot Varnish.

The job was assembled in hand bindery. The A-7 envelope was then addressed using a custom ink jet font.

Posters
The 18 x 24-inch, 4-color poster was printed on the 25-inch MOZP.

This unique 6-page brochure was printed on the 40-inch SpeedMaster. It is 4-color with a satin coating for uncoated paper. It printed on 80# Lynx Opaque Cover.

The brochure was printed as a 2-sided piece 30 x 7-inches. It was scored and folded on the Stahl folder. However, three-sixty group came up with a unique solution for a six-page brochure. The two center panels were glued together, this allowed for a non-standard page count without having a loose sheet.

Created by Quinlan Marketing, this 8-page, 4-color with Gloss Aqueous Coating brochure was printed on the 25-inch MOZL. The paper chosen was 100# Fortune Gloss Cover.

After printing the job was scored in Letterpress, then folded and stitched on the Mueller.

This unique spiral-bound brochure presented some unusual requests.

The book was printed in 4-color with a Gloss Aqueous Coating on 18 point Carolina C2S Cover stock on the 40-inch SpeedMaster.

The covers had a series of squares and a number die cut in it allowing the color from the inside page to show through. The book was collated and then wire-o bound.

Interactive Intelligence then wanted a unique solution to keep the book closed. Several clasp options were discussed, they finally decided on a large rubberband. Their salesperson was able to locate what they wanted through Ad Specialties, a black rubber band imprinted with their slogan and company logo.

The bands were attached in hand bindery, boxed and delivered.

The Baby Chai 5 ½ x 8 ½-inch, 4-color, 12 page catalog was printed on the 40-inch Speedmaster on 80# Enviro100 Print Cover stock.

The catalog was scored in Letterpress and compiled and stitched on the Duplo.
